Dr. Rafael Castillo has been called a multifaceted physician—a public health educator, excellent communicator and strategic leader, researcher, lecturer, writer/editor, entrepreneur and community organizer. A multi-awarded physician, he has given more than 600 lectures locally and internationally.
HUDSON PETER PELAYO, MBA
Dean
Mr. Hudson Pelayo has been a businessman for the past 7 years. He has worked with various multinational companies such as San Miguel Food Group, Johnson & Johnson Medical Philippines, Abbott Philippines, and Novartis Philippines before taking in the role of group operations manager at Trianon Group of Companies since 2013. He finished BS Agribusiness Management in University of the Philippines and took up his Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the Asian Institute of Management. Mr. Pelayo is the Dean of FAME Leaders’ Academy.
BLECENDA VARONA, DRPH, MPH, RND
Lead Faculty for Health and Lifestyle Medicine Program
Dr. Blecenda Miranda Varona is the founder of the Asian Institute of Lifestyle Medicine and has helped improve the health and wellness of over 100, 000 people all over the world. She has authored several books, lifestyle medicine web-based applications, and various health and wellness programs.
RICHARD DAVID TAMAYO, MPS, MDIV

Mr. Richard Tamayo is a passionate international motivational speaker and life coach who has inspired audiences in the United States, Canada, and Asia. He loves helping people experience powerful breakthroughs through principle-centered seminar workshops through personal development, emotional wellness, family and relationship improvement, stress management, teambuilding and leadership.
ALVIN CLOYD H. DAKIS, MHSS, RN, CGDS
Lead Faculty for Gender and Development Program
Certified Gender and Development specialist and technical consultant working with various local and national government agencies for the past five years.
He graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) in University of Southern Philippines Foundation in Cebu City and his Masters in Nursing in Cebu Normal University. In 2016, Alvin obtained his Master of Health Social Science degree in De La Salle University where he was a recipient for full scholarship from the Ford Foundation.
PRECY TAMAYO
Lead Faculty for Personal Development
Ms Precy Tamayo is a personal trainer and fitness coach with 15 years of health and wellness experience across fitness centers, gyms, and companies in Toronto, Canada and Metro Manila. She has helped countless individuals and corporate clients make lifestyle changes, exercise effectively and safely to reach their fitness goals. She continues to train and develop individuals in becoming successful and high impact fitness instructors. Presently, Presy is a facilitator with the Asian Institute of Lifestyle Medicine and runs a fitness company based in Ortigas Center.
